Well it's clear this location has a huge issue with customer service based on the reviews on here. I dropped off a package Wednesday with tracking and it's untraceable. I called that location and the Indian lady at the front had no interest in helping me at all. Awaiting a call back from the supervisor and had to open a service ticket with Cpost. One of the worse locations for service in Brampton.

One of ladies at the desk is rude to other customers, but not so much to me. Shipping rates are expensive even when you have a canada post card

Please teach your clerk some basic greetings, sorry, thank you. The customer service is pathetic.

Poor customer service. One associate (Parminder) simply dismisses customers and refuses to give packages to clients because of a system problem. Rather than communicating that to customers, she responds rudely. Either train your staff to handle such situations positively, or hire more compassionate staff.
