I purchased a medical sheepskin and a medium sheepskin for my husband. When I called the Old Mill the ladies were extremely helpful with my order getting the largest medical shearling they had on hand as my husband is having skin integrity problems from his illness. Plus I also ordered another peice for his feet. They were great to call back and ask about a woolwash to keep these sheepskin's in good order and gave me directions on care for them. Because I could not leave my husband they at my request sent the order by Canpar which I gladly paid for. I put the order in late Friday before the Family day holiday and just received them today Wednesday. The weather Tuesday was nasty. Thank you to these wonderful women and their help and Canpars delivery. I am very grateful, my husband can find some comfort in the soft sheepskin's now. If your wanting in my opinion great service and quality products this is the place to search fir it. Great people. Thank you. Lynn N.

My wife bought three pairs of kids mittens for an exorbitant price but two didn’t fit. They don’t do refunds so now stuck with two pairs of mittens that don’t fit and out more money than they’re worth. Awful customer service. Do not recommend.

Well about 2 weeks ago I purchased a cape or poncho for 149.95, I went to Winners next day and exactly the same one was 59.99! I called store to see if they could refund some difference and I was asked to take pictures and email to manager..did that and still have not got a reply!! I will NEVER go there or purchase anything from there again!! Over priced and ignorant!! Never ever again 90 difference who the hell do they think they are?????
The 'Manager' I spoke with on the phone was easily the rudest person I've ever talked to. I politely asked a reasonable question and got snarky attitude IMMEDIATELY. I violently advocate going somewhere else. SUPER do not recommend. Little history for my review; My Grandmother has Dementia. She's 97. She gifted me a coat made from Old Mill that My Grandfather who passed years ago gifted her as an Anniversary present years ago. I'm going to visit her in a few days and was planning on wearing the coat as a surprise and wanted to ask the store just, IF they knew when my Grandfather had purchased it. If they didn't, that was not a problem. However... Manager IMMEDIATELY snide at me on the phone that they don't keep the records. Which, is fine, but the tone was SO snide, SO rude. I just wanted to know about my family and maybe make my Grandmother happy. This really upset me.
