Just painted the exterior of my garage with this recycled paint and it did a fantastic job. The quality and value was outstanding. Will definitely keep using these paints for other projects. Thanks Blue Moose

I painted every room in my house with this paint. The coverage was great. I found the application better than some of the more expensive paint. but there was two things I noted. The smell reminded me of the paints back in he 80's when you needed to vent the room for a week. So sure it smells, but hey it is paint, so for me not a very big thing. And I found the color white very dark. So dark in fact that if you painted beside a different brand of white, the Blue Moose would look grey. So if you were going to do touch ups on a already painted white wall, you will need to paint the whole wall because it shows up so dark. Still not the end of the world. This is a great product, helps the environment and a nice low price. I will be buying this again.

I just used the Blue Moose Paint for an outdoor project to cover graffiti on my commercial building. It worked great as a primer coat and secondary finish coat. You'll be as pleased with the results as I was. I'll use Blue Moose product again for upcoming projects. It's a No Brainer. It helps the environment and is very easy on the pocket book.

I’d never tried recycled paint, and to be honest I was pretty suspicious about the quality and how well it would cover. But I needed to paint my spare room and I wasn’t super picky about the color, so I decided to give it a go because the price was so great. It was less than 20 for a gallon- if I hated it, I figured I’d just paint over it... I saw they recommend buying all the cans you need from the same lot, so I bought two expecting to need both, but the cashier at Giant Tiger also said I could return the unopened one if I didn’t use it. Neat! When I opened the first can, I was worried. The paint (I chose the griege colour) was clumpy and looked awful! Then I actually stopped to read the directions and it said to stir hard for 2 minutes. Whoops. That fixed the problem, now it looked like normal paint again. (Side note: don’t assume, read the directions!) I was most concerned about the smell, as some other reviewers mentioned it could be quite stinky, but apparently they’ve fixed that issues in the later lots: the paint I got was actually much less fragrant than the last brand name latex I used, and smelled lightly of vanilla (lot 0248). Honestly, I like the smell more than any other paint I’ve used. It’s kind of nice. Weird. I recently had painted another bedroom with a similar colour using a brand name paint, so I had a decent comparison. Blue moose covered just as well (I’d say better!), dried beautifully, and went further (I managed the 380sq ft room with a single can, two coats exactly) than the brand name stuff- and cost me less than half the price. Consider me a converted skeptic! 10/10, delightfully impressed- I would certainly buy this again. If you’re not super picky about the colour and can settle for one of the six shades, I’d certainly recommend giving it a go!

Amazing coverage, great price and the smell isn’t nearly as bad as other paints.
