They have done a lot of improvements since we last stayed! The pool is great, and the in-place trailer rentals are spectacular. We got the camping experience, with everything all ready to go, in a beautiful location next to some peaceful walking trails and, of course the beach and marina. My daughter loved getting an ice cream and treats from the general store, and we even picked up a couple souvenirs for our local "staycation". The Thursday market has wonderful handmade goods and is a nice way to spend an evening. We will definitely plan for another stay!

I will start by saying that this venue is nice but.. I booked online and paid for 3 months prior to arriving. When I booked online it asked me what size trailer I had as to make sure I fit. So 3 months later I arrive and pull up to my site to find a 3 ft across tree in the middleish of the site. I have to choose if I will reach the power and sani station or not have my awning out. So I decide to go up to the office and ask for a different site but the women there said sorry were all booked. I said I can't get my trailer in the site you gave me. Anyways after a long discussion she moved me but for the last night I had to move across the road. These owner in Edmonton need to have a staff meeting and tell there employees to look after there bookings better. I wrote the manager an email and basically he said that site was unsuitable for a trailer but to bad. Pacific play grounds ruined my long weekend and didn't even offer me anything back or free camping. I am so disappointed in pacific playgrounds . I would never go back there again.
Had great time here. Other then you have to pay 1 dollar for 5 mins at the shower. Great time spent here

Good RV camping. Camped for 2 months here, they have a friendly staff, several sites with different sizes some whit a lot, a few and without shade. Laundry, pool, playground was ok but tennis/basket court was in bad shape. Great location between a river, marina and close to the beach. Good for fishing, kayaking, boats. Several local produce sellers on the way between the cities. They have 2 Internets and they are the worse. Considering all and the price, I recomend this place.
Our first stop camping. Nice staff, good neighbourhood, clean clean washrooms and showers which we appreciate! Very affordable.
