I like to give credit where it is due. We recently purchased an electric wheel chair for my husband - we were totally involved in the specifications of the order. We never discussed the fact that we were planning to purchase a BraunAbility modified wheel chair accessible van. To make a long story short - the wheel chair was too high for the van as my husband is a tall person and the wheel chair was built for high curb accessibility. Motion Specialties went over and above - contacted the manufacturer of the chair to determine if it could be lowered - luckily it could - brought in their own wheel chair technicians and lowered the chair at a very reasonable cost for us. It was a huge job for them - I would totally recommend Motion Soecialties

In shocked at the poor customer service I've received from your Belleville store. The equipment should have been inspected prior to going out as one brake was weak and now the other brake cable has frayed and broken - currently no brake on the knee scooter.. Not a safe circumstance. I was expecting from Cindy : -suggestions on repair/ replacement. -Offer of help finding a nearby motion location. -Facilitation of repair/replacement such as making a phone call on my behalf. Nothing.I said good bye to Cindy as it was clear that I wasn't going to get any help from her. I chose rental over buying as I thought I would have the convenience of repair and customer service in case of a breakdown. Apparently not!
I just received a new chair from motion and am extremely pleased with it. The outstanding service I received from Curtis was absolutely amazing. He went over and above to be sure I got exactly what I needed and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you so much motion and most of all Curtis.
Excellent looked after scooter good job
I went in to Motion Specialists a few weeks ago with my mother to look at walking aids. We went into the location and for the entire time we were there no one was even in the store. After waiting/looking around for 5mins we decided to leave. As I was helping my mother into the car I then finally saw someone at the front desk. Little too late. Also, nothing we looked at was priced. Never recommending Motion Specialists to anyone.
