Fantastic service. I purchased a Cappuccino machine for my husband's 40th birthday which was out of stock. Matthew had ordered it and called me as soon as it was in (within two days). He then took the time to deliver it straight to my door. No big deal, dropped it off with a smile on his face and most pleasant demeanor. I appreciated it so much during this difficult time that our society is going through. It's the small things that sure count the most. Thanks to Bella Cucina for their outstanding service!

This restaurant is excellent, I would have to include it in my top picks in the Parry Sound area. I have yet to have a meal that disappoints. Great prices, friendly staff and a very convenient take out options. Will definitely recommend to others in the future.

Got a non stick frying pan cuz old one started to be sticky. And honestly the quality was so good, and as someone that loves cooking it literally made my life easier and better, been using it for a while now and it’s still like new. Plus, everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable, I’m excited to try other kitchenware from Bella Cucina now.
I have made several purchases over the years and drive in from out of town. I had a problem with an item i purchased . The owner told us to return it and get an exchange. When we got there the owner was not. The young guy basically said they no longer carry that brand but...but did nothing to help. He said he would check with the other guy and get back to us .. Still waiting. Months have passed. They lost a long time customer for 20
