Fantastic place! Lots of inventory and it's clear that the owner truly values providing her customers with quality. She recently taught 2 of my daughters, in individual classes, how to create some amazing jewelry pieces of their own. Her patience with each of them was incredible. They are now addicted and have since created awesome pieces of their own. The pic included is just one example of what they're now making. Thank you!

Had a very good interaction. Went in looking to find some sheet silver, which she did not specialize in, but followed up with a text and a lead to another store in Calgary. That is a step beyond the normal customer service. Plus I found this beauty:

The owner is SOOO rude. I went in there looking for a certain bead just to be huffed at and told \i have no idea what the hell youre talking about.\ She didn't give me any direction ans made me feel super uncomfortable being there. Then I found them and she told me that I was completely wrong about how you describe them. Thanks lady. Just reading how she responds to every review shows you how unprofessional and rude and unaccountable she truly is. edit: unbelievable, stated that this is a false review shows you how horrible and unaccountable this store owner is when my experience was very real.
I've had wonderful experiences coming to the shop. The owner can fix anything! Jewelry, belts, purses, Christmas ornaments. It has been a life-saver for sentimental items that cannot easily be replaced.
