Loved the ambience, the inventory of crystals and other merchandise is heavenly. Lots of variety and the staff are really knowledgeable about the items . Thank u so much for helping me in my journey on this earth . I will be back another day for more items .
Blatant disregard for the seriousness of the pandemic, borderline arrogant. Not abiding by covid bylaws, not requiring customers to wear masks and staff wearing masks below the chin. No social distancing or ability to enter and exit safely. To the owner, My review is an honest and fair depiction of what I experienced and witnessed personally while shopping in your store. It is intended to inform others and those who may be at risk and considering shopping with you during these very serious and potentially life threatening times. I did not speak to your employees about it as they (as well as other customers in the store) were not wearing masks and/or not wearing them properly. I don’t give out negative reviews lightly; especially to small businesses. In fact I found my experience very disappointing as I researched your store ahead of time and was looking forward to my visit. I had a purchase in hand and had to put it back and leave as soon as I witnessed this behaviour from multiple people as I felt unsafe. I feel any reasonable person seeing three people in a very small store without a mask or without wearing their mask properly would have done the same. I hope this doesn’t continue in your store and that no other customer is put in the situation I was, I want nothing but the best for the community and your business. Please note, the three people I am referring to in my review are two staff members and one customer. I did not observe the ‘three family members’ that the owner is referring to.
The owners and staff here are a grand slam homerun! Very knowledgeable and will help you with anything. If you're into anything spiritual, this is the candy store for your soul! They have everything that could tickle your curiosity. I particularly love the fact that they have some masculine crystal bracelets. Thank you, Mary and Alex!
When I first entered the placed I could feel nothing but nice vibes accompanied by a beautiful smell and a warm greeting. I spent two hours in the store gazing at all the beautiful crystals and gem stones! Sherry and Alex were very patient with me, answered all my questions! At the end they wrapped my new babies in beautiful packaging with ribbons (how am I suppose to open this now? ) I will be coming again and I recommend them with all of my heart
