If traveling to Vancouver Island, Sunshine coast, the Gulf islands or the mainland always check in at BC Ferries Vacation. There's plenty of deals that may work for you. We got 2 nights at Ti Na Mara and our ferries included for a great price. Pretty much the ferry was free. I don't work for BC Ferries but with the amount that we go over it's always worth checking out the deals and packages they provide.

This system just doesn’t work. My work takes me to Vancouver Island and Sunshine Coast periodically and the service is just not adequate. Entire days wasted sitting in my vehicle waiting for 2 or 3 full ferries. My job relies on my ability to get to these places and people game the system all the time and cruise onto the ferries because they lie to the flaggers. The reason for the one-star review is because the inadequate service is intentionally provided to maximize profits for this crown corporation and its CEO.
