It was a very pleasant experience to deal with Bavaria BMW. Special thanks to Andy Lam for accommodating our requests and being very flexible. He worked on the weekend late nights to work on our proposals. All the staff here is very friendly. Andy spent a lot of time with us before and after we bought the vehicle. He tried his best to explain and demonstrate each and every feature of the GT 640i. Thanks to Andy and Bavaria staff for helping me to buy the Ultimate Driving Machine.

I picked up my dream vehicle today - a white 2021 BMW x3 M sport. Andy in sales was so accommodating, I wasn't an easy client, but he was patient with me, and helped me explore all scenarios. Franco in finance was great as well - very informative and easy going. The sales manager Philip went above and beyond to get me the absolute best deal. And Andy spent a great amount of time educating me on all of the BMW features. Thank you everyone!

Would 100% recommend Bavaria BMW! I went there couple times to shop around. I don’t know much about cars. The staff there are really patient and knowledgeable. Specially Nicole Wei he really listened to me and tried his best to find a car which perfectly meet my needs! The whole team is quite accommodating to get my tires and service done! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

I would give a 0 star if I could. Long story short: a 2011 X5 always serviced by the dealer. The check engine light came on and off right after warranty. After 6 repair trips with over 5000 spent in 2 months, the vehicle check engine light became permanent and they do not know what to do with it with more codes showing up (and the old ones remain). The car lost most of its value. The sale manager did not even bother return emails after expressing interest to trade-in to purchase another one. In conclusion, unreliable products (list of problems with the vehicle is very long even during warranty), incompetent service department and they would not care less even with their sales!. Better spent your money somewhere else on something more reliable. Dec 23rd, 20 Thanks, Tess, and just a quick update: it seems to be a complicated issue with the vehicle and thanks to one of the owners reached out to me and we are still working on the problems. I appreciated the effort and wish everyone stays safe and wish you all a Happy holiday!

Will buy our vehicle from a different BMW dealership. Would drive to Calgary and buy before buying from Bavaria. Made an appt with a sales rep named Ryan to see a specific vehicle, showed up exactly on time, he wasn’t available. We waited 10 min after they paged him. Finally asked the receptionist to find us another rep, 10 min later someone came, his name was Bill. Bill, with his mask not covering his nose, brought in a car for us to look at after we walked him through what we were looking for. (You would think Ryan would have already had the vehicle inside for us to look) When we finished the rep was no where to be found. Interrupted the receptionist who was chatting with colleagues, to page Bill. Waited 5 minutes, then out of sheer frustration we left. While driving home, Bill called to apologize explaining he was very busy. Worst shopping experience for a vehicle ever and we will absolutely not come back to Bavaria BMW opting to purchase our vehicle at another dealership in Edmonton or Calgary. The Owner, GM and Sales Manager should be embarassed.

Hi, well i just picked up my 2017 X6 and I must commend Dennis on the excellent service that he provided from the first time i phoned in on Boxing Day. It. was almost closing time but he still gave us first class service and never once counted the time as a factor. I noticed his awards for BMW Top sales on his desk and is fitting for the service he provided. Dennis is a true professional who has the willingness to go above and beyond to please all clients. He was very patient with going through every question and concern about every vehicle i was interested in being that I am a first time BMW owner. I look forward to recommending family and friends to visit and meet with Dennis for any purchase!!!
