Today was a great experience only waited a few minutes before being allowed into store but hand sanitizer was available to use when entering. They had everything that we were looking for and lots of it clean and well sanitized areas. Thank you to the staff for looking after their customers in such a great way.

Typical Bath & Body works store. Having men’s hair/body wash, body lotions and also hand soaps is worth the price. Hand soaps unfortunately is not the best at any store.... Bath and Body Works hand soaps last much longer than others which i love!! I recommend this store a lot!!!!

I always love to shopping at Bath & Body Works actually one of my favourite stores , until my recent experience . I was in Bath & Body Works at the Champlain Mall in Dieppe New Brunswick last week and I was smelling a fragrance and a older blonde haired woman named Natasha came over to me and asked me to keep the mask over my nose and I said that's okay and I did so then she proceeded to follow me around to the store the whole time I was shopping which left me very uncomfortable so therefore ending my shopping early so I decided to wait in the line to pay for the products and as I was doing so the same woman Natasha was talking to another employee woman with dark short hair with glasses and she was pointing to me and I could see them talking about me anyways this was not a good experience and I have been shopping with Bath & Body Works since the 90s this has got to be the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I have ever had shopping with Bath n Body works . I will be in contact with Head office about this matter .

This store opened last weekend and I can certainly say that were well prepared for the new norm shopping crew. They have a very well laid out waiting line to get in to store - as they control in and out flow of the store to keep shoppers numbers low. You literally check in to the store with their "host" lol - explanation, sanitize hands, grab a bag, and in you go. The rest of your shopping experience remains the same - just not crowded. As always, lots of choice and you can certainly find whatever fits your fancy. Definitely a great idea to head there on their sale days to stock up

I had a wonderful Customer Service experience from the entrance where I was given the Covid-19 protocol of hand sensitizing and mask wearing; got help to select my items and feedback to the friendliness of the cashier.
