I love everything in this store, especially the tropical themed products and the aromatherapy eucalyptus and Spearmint lines. I spray the mist in my covid masks that I have to wear everyday. Makes it more bearable to wear and relaxing.

Friendly staff available to answer questions. Eager to help customers. Store has a beautiful layout that’s very appealing to the eye. Smells SO delicious even just walking by! Love it!! I am however quite disappointed with my latest purchase. I bought one of their plug in wallflower fragrance diffusers with 5 scents, it totalled 40 for everything. Which I thought was a steal of a deal considering the employee told me 1 bottle of fragrance lasts around 3 months and I was also told that it would be a nice strong scent that would FILL a room. I put my wallflower in the bathroom and so far - it barely fills the bathroom with its fragrance. Disappointing to say the least. I had hoped it may be a life changer for Scentsy but so far it doesn’t even come close to letting off the amount of scent that Scentsy does!!

Haven't been in for a while. Asked a sales clerk how much a product was as it was buy 5 get 5 and she couldn't tell me and there were no prices on them. If I'm buying 5 I want to know the price first. Didn't buy anything. Maybe another time.

The store is a bit crowded but there are some different items it's hard to move around at times. In no way is this to be a negative report. I find the staff friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. I was in there in September looking for a particular item. The salesperson was very helpful in getting information about it. Unfortunately they didn't have the specific item but she let know about a different item with the same smell but different consistency.

Wow this is how customer service should be . Not one but two young ladies took the time and effort to search in under stock and in containers for me and even made a sample so I could actually try before purchasing and with out even being asked !! I am so incredibly impressed and I hire and manage retail .
