Great location. Good smelling products. Excellent Sale now on!! Customer service is too notch at the Guilford location as they don't force you to buy, rush you in store, help choose good fragrances for you and assist you in any way possible . I really love shopping here and always do regular top up . I am a good spender too so I should find out if there is a point are reward system in place next time.

I don't shop here often. Only when I have a request, or need to buy a gift and I know the person I am buying a gift for likes the products they sale. The reason? Mostly because of POOR customer service. Not now. Not because of the Covid . Since day one, since this store open, I have found they lack good customer care. There is always plenty of employees around yet, should you need assistance or ask a question, no one is ever around or able to help. Their products are expensive for what they are. Some fragrances are overwhelming at first, but vanish a short time after! I was given one of their perfume last summer. Nice presentation. Nice smell but it does not last. Did I say it was not cheap? Small bottle, 52 plus taxes. I visited last December, as I said, only because it was for a Christmas present. The girl "guarding" the entrance, was borderline rude when asking to use sanitizer before entering the store. We did, just to find there were more people inside than they should have allowed. There were opened prepackaged gift boxes almost on every stand. They still had few testers and plenty of people using them, all together, all at the same time. I had some questions, as always, no one to ask. Luckily and by pure chance, I spotted what I was after, grabbed it and proceeded to line up to pay. Not a pleasant shopping experience. Again.

Poor customer service. The associates are unprofessional. Make you feel uncomfortable while shopping. I visited there with my friend. When I was doing shopping there, my friend noticed one of the employee was stalking at me and smiling without any reason with another employee, which makes me uncomfortable, why she is keep on staring at me and laughing.
