I bought several Units from them over the last few years and they are quality products. Brian and his team have been great to deal with and the service is top notch. On top of that the pricing is competitive if not better than anything on the market. Definitely buy from them you won't be disappointed

Worst company I have ever experienced. It started after the installation in 2015. After waiting for months for the government rebate that Climate Air was to take care of they kept making excuses. The last excuse was that there were duplicate serial numbers but they were taking care if it. Then the company stopped answering my calls. I finally contacted the Ontario energy board and they advised me the serial numbers were not duplicates but they had closed the rebate program for that year. This was escalated and they were able to reopen the rebate program for the previous year and I received the rebate. Next problem was that I was advised that the furnace humidifier should be moved. So I paid to have that done. They plastic duct work was torn and Climate Air came back and installed metal duct work. 4 months later I turned on the humidifier and the unit leaked and therefore unusable. Next problem came in 2016 when the unit could no longer cool the house. After several visits they replaced the air conditioning coil in the furnace Now in 2020 the unit has been making a loud buzzing noise. Two of my neighbors complained to me. One neighbor lives across the street. I called Climate air and they scheduled a service call for Wednesday between 1 and 5 pm. They did not show or call to say they weren't coming. I called and left a message to call me back so we could reschedule the service call. This was two weeks ago. Nothing from Climate air. Today I called Lennox Canada who advised me that they do not get involved. This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Unbelievable!
We were very pleased with both the initial consultation, and the service installation. We were given a great price and the service didn't disappoint. On time, clean, and very accommodating and thoughtful to our needs. Both present and future. My wife and I would highly recommend Climate Air for any service to existing, or total upgrades as we did. Thank You!!!

Brian and Braden with Climate Air have been nothing short of excellent. From the sale or our furnace and AC to any service or questions, they are always a phone call away. They have provided excellent customer service and quality work at reasonable rates. My wife and I are life-long customers now. We highly recommend.
