Excellent equipment and friendly service! Equipment was of high quality and delivered to our condo at an agreed upon time. We were quickly fitted and adjustments were made easily. They even brought extra sizes to make sure everything was right. Pick up of equipment at the end of our day was offered but we were close by their shop and dropped off - no issues. Booking of equipment was by phone and emails were answered as well. Thank you for the excellent service. If we rent again, it will be with Black Tie :)

Best rental experience we've had. Jason delivered the ski's right to our hotel door and made sure that the equipment fit properly. Signing the wavers was quick and contactless which made us feel more at ease knowing that this business is really taking precautions against covid. Jason would send us a link to the waver and then we sign it on our own phone. The return process was also very simple. We just had to drop off the ski's at our hotel lobby and call Black Tie Ski Rentals to come pick it up. This saved us so much time compared to the traditional rental services where you have to physically go to the store and wait in line for sizing and then go back to the store to return the equipment. Would highly recommend and definitely will be using Black Tie Ski Rental Delivery service again.
Fantastic experience. Black Tie was super helpful and the staff were very knowledgeable! They also came to our hotel to fit our skis and we were able to leave the equipment with the hotel staff, which was super convenient! Absolutely will be renting from them again.
We were very happy with the service. They came right to our Airbnb the day before we went skiing to fit the boots, boards and skis, and helmets. The equipment was great and service was exceptional. Would use again and highly recommend.

We love Black Tie Ski rental. This was our second time using their service and they are prompt, polite, have excellent equipment, and so convenient! They came right to the condo, made sure we were fitted properly with our equipment and picked the equipment up when we were done. We will be back next year and Black Tie is now part of our annual Banff adventures! Thank you Jason and team for helping to make our vacations so amazing.
We had a great experience with Black Tie Ski Rental in Banff. They came right on time, and it was so easy and quick to get our ski equipment - right in our own hotel room. My husband's boots ended up being too small when he put them on again the next morning, so he called and they came within 15 minutes to give him the correct size. I hadn't planned to ski because of a just-healed broken arm, but changed my mind and decided to ski our last day. I called to see if they had any skis available at the last minute. They told me they didn't have any, which I totally understood. Then they called me back within an hour and said they had had some equipment returned and that they could bring me skis that afternoon for skiing the next day. It was all so easy, and everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and accommodating. The heated boots were awesome - we will always get those in the future. And we hope to always use Black Tie Ski Rental in the future also. Highly recommend!!!
