I was there with my wife and four kids for many years and it was absolutely amazing. Grant runs a great park!

As a new trailer owner, arriving here was a blessing. Very straightforward owner, rules are clear and concise, to better your experience . Most are just common sense. People here, take pride in their home away from home. Most friends who visit comment on the beautiful gardens, well manicured lawns, all the different boats and mature trees. Access to Balsam Lake from individual finger canals is simple. Only a few moments from the sandbar, which is rocking with great music from the many boats tied together on a sunny day. It is a 15 min pontoon boat ride to Rosedale Marina, where you can rent pontoon boats, fishing boats, etc. Pride Marina has a nice Kawartha Dairies ice cream hut. Both Marinas have gas right on the waterway.

Great area, lots of natural foliage. The park has lots for purchase with or sometimes without trailers. Regular lots near entrance. From centre of the park to the back is a man made canal system that is connected to Balsam Lake. Beautiful trailers and lots. Wonderful and friendly people. The park has a public shower and bathroom area. A small nice kept (new liner) pool near office areas. Recycling and garbage systems on site. Even a shed for empties from beer and liquor bottles and cans. Park suffers from lack of general store on site. It also has limited park areas for children. There is no map or general display board at entrance of park. Other than horseshoe pits near pool there is not much for older people to do either. Lack of car parking in lots is an issue, must park in parking area and walk (and for the price that is Ludacris). Strict rules on certain things you can do on lot. There is no actual marina in operation on site. Old fittings and dock and gas area remains unused currently.
