Came in looking for a couple of TVs on sale. They only had one but the lady that helped me checked other nearby stores for stock. I decided to grab the one that was available there while I still could. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. Well done. It would have been nice if they had a better selection but that was not the fault of anyone I dealt with.

Always a go to. With Covid, it's a bit more challenging. Need to shop online for parts and hardware to get the correct items.
Made an online order. Half of the items weren't there when I picked it up and I didn't receive and email that they could only find half of them. Went to the store and why does this CT have their own COVID police? This lady was so loud and just stood by the returns till. She's yelling across the store at people in line. Not to mention the poor returns lady Sheila, I remember her name cause she kept yelling at Sheila. Shelia do this, Sheila do that. It can't be nice to have someone hovering over your shoulder telling you what to do. Also people went up to this lady for help but she told them she couldn't leave her position by the till. I get it, COVID is serious but with this type of environment, you could just see people in the store thinking, is this for real?
