Not sure how long I have had dr.adlul as my doctor but definitely for a couple years. Just had an appointment with him today and he gives proper information and following steps if a health issue continues. He listens to what I have to say while asking appropriate questions and also always on time for virtual sessions. Has also referred me to other doctors such as dermatologists within the office that are also pleasant to be with. I hope I continue to have him as my doctor for years to come :)

Very hard to get referrals for specialist. Doctors prefer to have you see practitioners in their own clinic. Been a patient here for 2 years and my file is never updated nor are the doctors or staff aware of hospital visits, transfer of care statuses etc. Extremely poor communication between departments and doctor never seems to remember concerns or reasons for visits which just seems like their system is rarely ever updated. Even if you photocopy and hand in your medical documents to receptionist your file won’t be updated with any current information.
the staff make it difficult for people to get things done, they drag on the process and don't give you all the information of what they need right off the bat

Both Doctor Soto and Doctor Adlul are phenomenal doctors. They are kind, they take their time with their patients and their compassion is radiant. As well, the receptionists are all wonderful people; so helpful, knowledgeable and extremely positive and compassionate. Best doctors’ office I have ever been to, and I highly recommend to everyone.
