First of all, I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to mark who work's in the automotive department. His service was beyond amazing and friendly. My hubby's truck got a flat tire on the side of the highway (5 minutes away from Canadian Tire) and his team offered to help us install our spare tire so we could make it to the shop in time for our appointment that we had originally booked early morning. He helped us find the right winter tires for our truck and had them install on the same day ! Service was quick and beyond amazing. It is not too often where you can find dedicated employee's these days and this made me so happy that I will gladly be a returning customer. THANK YOU MARC.

After waiting longer than expected, they told us they were not able to find the right parts for our van in despite of having ordering them several times. Fair enough, it can happens. But they let us with a really bad surprise as the bottom of the car has been really damaged with a big dent and metal cracked and falling off on both sides. Of course, it’s not their fault as they said but the Canadian tire of Renfrew we went the day before. I doubt it as the traces of impact in the dust were very fresh, and would have been cleaned off as it rained during the night. They also did blame it on the age of the van (2003) as if it even matters or reduce the gravity of the damages: a dent is a dent and we don’t expect our vehicle to be more damaged when we brings it in a garage for repairs. On top of it, the garage we had to be towed in Ottawa couldn’t understand why Canadian tire didn’t find the parts, as they also had to order them but didn’t get any issues on finding the right ones.

Curbside pickup worked fantastically. Made my order and it was in my car in about 30 minutes. Please consider keeping this service going even after the pandemic it's great.

Yesterday I went into the store to pick up something, while I was there, one of their employees by the name of Murray came to ask if I needed any help. At the time, I was looking at some clothing, he was kind enough to let me know that the particular item I was looking at would be going on sale in the next couple of weeks. When it came to the actual item I went in for in the first place, not only did he find me the product, he knew there was a cheaper one in storage so he had it brought down for me. Exceptional customer service with a smile :)
