One of the best experiences I've ever had with a lawyer. Joshua Clarke and co. are so kind, respectful, knowledgeable and take the time to explain every step of the way. It was my first experience with a lawyer. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect for time frame on how long something like this could take but with COVID coming into play, I assumed a while. As we went through the case Kathleen was prompt with keeping me updated, and made me feel like I could trust her with the information about the case. Kathleen always ran through the possibilities with me of the good and bad sides of things but followed through with what we thought was our best option every time and came back to me with the result and where to go from there. In the end Kathleen did exactly what she explained to me would be my best option and pulled through with the best scenario for me to end the case. I am record free and happy to live my life, with one understandable condition to the case I was involved with. 100% recommend Kathleen and the team of Armoured Suits!

I had retained Kathleen Kealey for family law matters pertaining to custody and access. I would proceed to request a meeting with Ms. Kealey to discuss my case, and she would say that she was booked all week and not provide me, her client, with any alternative dates. I felt very much ignored. Unfortunately, Kathleen's negligence did not stop there. Kathleen did very little to work on my case. Kathleen agreed that my case merited a motion early on. After waiting 4 additional months resulting in Ms. Kealey's inactivity to secure a date with the family courts; still waiting for Kathleen Kealey to even issue the preliminary papers for Family court, I decided to tolerate no more negligence from her, and reported Kathleen Kealey to the Law Society of Ontario. If you want to wait half a year or more to go to family court, then Kathleen may be for you. Stay away.

I remember the day I was looking at these reviews. It's not easy processing unexpected and sometime unpleasant events that take place in life while having to find a defense lawyer you can trust will have your best interest and work hard to advocate on your behalf. I cannot commend Josh and his team enough! From day 1, it was clear that Josh knew what he was talking about. He says it like it is (which is a quality you want from someone in his position) and is very knowledgeable He is professional and exercises a great deal of patience and flexibility, especially when it comes to working with difficult clients like myself (I am stubborn, hard headed and had endless questions). Although there was little interaction with his team, I know they are hard at work behind the scenes.
