A lot of people raise their eyebrows when I tell them I get my car serviced at Canadian Tire. Yet, I've always experienced great customer service and on my last unexpected visit, the young team of mechanics and front desk advisers really went above and beyond to help me get my van up and running as fast as humanly possible during Xmas holidays! It's extremely refreshing to see employees 1) Care about a customer's dilemma and 2) Show gumption and enthusiasm to solve the problem. Manager Jennifer was absent that day but obviously her crew delivers the same professionalism as her. Thanks guys! A

This store has terrible customer service. They refused to make an exchange for a different colour product and would only give store credit for the lowest sale price they had in the system. It would be understandable if I were looking for a refund without a receipt, but it was an exchange for a product only carried by Canadian Tire

They have a wonderful garden centre and wonderful things for springtime. For examples: Bird feeders that attract hummingbirds, regular bird feeder, and sprayers for hoses. Skate sharpening isn’t their specialty. So go find another store where they are a whole lot better. I’ve got my skates sharpened at a few different places. I usually get them sharpened at Brian’s Skate shop on Tecumseh Rd E in Windsor. I also liked National sports but Brian’s is my favourite. There is also a guy named Terry Shephly who does skate sharpening in his garage, and he’s only available at night because he has another job during the day. They sell cards for his phone number and his address where I skate: Skate Amherst burg at Libro centre. Good luck finding a better place for skate sharpening.
