One of the worst customer service I've received from a dealership, I've been hung up multiple times on the phone, had to call multiple times to reach someone, and have even been greeted with \what do you want\. Many friends of mine have experienced bad service as well and almost everyone I know just goes to the dealer in Sturgeon for service now. My mother also had a horrible experience when trying to purchase a bike there and the salesman wouldn't even sell her the bike ! She now goes to Sturgeon also and loves it. The service is about that of a third rate at best backyard repair shop. Will not be going here again for anything.

What an incredible dealer with impeccable service. Here's the back story.... No fault of the dealer, the new 2020 Seadoo RXT-x 300 I purchased had an issue within the 1st week. Now we know all vehicles/equipment and toys might fail you at certain times and things happen. However it was how this dealer Algonquin Equipment handled the issue. Living in a different city they picked up my brand new unit, left me with a brand new loaner and kept me in the loop the entire time they were servicing it. I was so thankful for the loaner as this just happened in the month of July when it's one of the best months for riding and I was excited to ride. Needless to say my unit has been returned to me (completely detailed as well) and everything looks good. I can't say enough great things about my awesome sales professional Greg and the owner Jim. These guys know what service is all about and they rose to the occasion. Thank you to everyone at Algonquin Equipment who had a hand in helping get this new Seadoo owner back on the water again. Not a recommended dealer known across Sudbury. I thought I would give them a try as all I needed was a new key for my 2004 Skidoo, they made it known that they do not like working on anything older than a 2005 and refused to create a new key for my snowmobile. I will definitely be driving out to Sturgeon from now on.
Terrible service. I went in asking about a 2020 Maverick X3 X-RS Turbo RR. I was pretty much sold on one already but wanted to just see one in person. The salesman (Greg?) told me they're all in the box and that it's sledding season so that's their priority at the time,and to maybe call him in a few weeks and they may put one together. He then proceeded to tell me they're more of an American thing and that if I ordered one, it would be a 6 month lead time. (Wouldn't now be the time to sell them then?) Long story short, the guy couldn't be bothered, and it shows. I got referred to TGP in Sturgeon Falls, far superior service and I purchased one today. Well done Algonquin, you push away customers looking at a 35,000 unit, because you're \too busy\ selling 9,000 Summit Sports. I am about as interested in doing business with these guys, as they are interested in helping customers. I'd give 0 stars if possible.
