I recently purchased my '21 Summit from Riderz & I can confidently say that the entire experience with Ryder as well as Jay was the best I've ever had. Not only was their pricing incomparable to anyone else, they made the entire process extremely easy by having my paperwork done and the sled built in only a few hours. The entire Riderz team went above and beyond to get ensure that I had everything I needed to be out on the snow by the weekend and start my already late season. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a machine or parts to visit Riderz, not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they go above and beyond for their customers which doesn't seem to happen at many dealerships anymore.
Purchased a new Maverick XMR. I have bought several other new units in the past and everytime its been a pleasure. I had also ordered a bunch of accessories to go along with the new unit. Jay had warned me in advance that they have been having a problem getting parts due to the pandemic. He wasn't kidding. All in all its always a pleasure dealing with all the staff at Riderz. Keep up the GREAT customer service!!!!!!
Great experience start to finish! It was my first experience with Riderz. Ordered up a KTM 790 Adventure R. Jason was friendly and professional, super reasonable and helpful getting options and extras sorted/installed to getting it out the door on delivery date. Really good vibe around the place. I'll be back for sure! So will my moto buddies who came down with me from Jasper.
