I'm torn about how to rate this place. First it is dirty. Everything is older and a bit run down which i don't care about but I do care about how clean it is. See the photos. Dirty! I thought about leaving but decided to stick it out. The staff was great. Very friendly receptionist and everything was smooth checking in. I did have to ask to have the paper in the room changed after I noticed they didn't do it - the last patient had a hacking cough - told my son to not touch anything! Here is why I didn't give this place one star. Dr. Kobayashi was the most thorough doctor I have ever had at a walk in or my family doc (and I love my family doc). My son was having breathing problems and his exam left me in no doubts that he checked everything. He asked a ton of questions and has a wonderful calm demeanor that my son responded to. We were not rushed and left feeling very positive. Note: We went on a Saturday morning around 11am. Clinic was moderately busy and wait time wasn't long.

Absolutely a terrible experience. After less than a minute a diag was provided and inaccurate. Extremely rude doctor and confrontational! Rude to my wife I was shocked The way he spoke. Do not recommend at all, go elsewhere.

Hanan the pharmacist is always warm and welcoming. She answers my questions and is always genuine. Always has honest advice and is considerate to any situation. The children's clinic is great because the staff were friendly, and luckily the pharmacy is together in one, so getting medicine was easy and efficient.

Horrible clinic! From entry to exit it was an absolute mess and I cant imagine ever going back there. The entry and waiting room are both dirty not to mention you can see that it hasn't been sanitized or cleaned in a very long time. The staff are polite but the doctor itself is rushed and has a cold manner. The paediatrician that saw my 18month old barely spent 2 minutes and decided that all my toddler needed was Advil or Tylenol for the fever. I repeatedly asked if that would take care of the redness in the eyes and the possible ear ache (my child kept touching the ear) to which he responded \ I said no other medication didnt I?\ We decided to go to Westney Heights walk in since we had a strong feeling there was an eye or ear infection but weren't sure. Thank God we did because it was both, and my child was put on antibiotics for the ear infection and drops for the eye infection. NEVER TAKE YOUR KIDDO to this walk-in you're much better off going someplace else.
