First of I want to thank Julia for the amazing customer service! Julia was very friendly and informative about all the products. She has actually helped out my coworkers, and our regional Manager to help find the perfect scent for OVO! The scent that was picked out for our store, is what caught my attention about the brand. This is what made me curious to check out the store and I was not disappointed. Aesop was aesthetically pleasing, and had selections not only for home fragrance but for body, skin, and cologne products as well. I would recommend going to Aesop if you are looking for a unique signature scent.

It’s always been a great experience visiting this location of AESOP their sales people are not hesitant to make to you try a few things, give you a bit of samples and ensure they offer you some tea.
Awesome staff, amazing products. Charlie helped me find a hand cream on September 28th, very helpful and knowledgeable about skincare. One of the only stores where I feel like I am being helped and not just told to buy a kit to solve my problem. They take the time to listen and are educated. Great service!

Outstanding experience with Emily at Aesop Chinook. I stumbled in to the store on a whim, as the scent that I noticed when walking by the store reminded me of a spin class at Ride Cycle Club in Toronto. I was entirely expecting Emily to give me a strange look and brush me off, but instead she looked up the cycle club, listed the exact products that I would’ve used at the club, and then spent nearly an hour with me going through each product, one by one. Aesop, you have a customer for life, and I haven’t even used my new purchases yet. Thanks Emily!
I'm so excited that an aesop store is now officially in Calgary!!! I've been waiting forever for one to come here and I'm in love with their products; currently I'm using the resurrection hand wash daily and I love it! The customer service was also outstanding!! I didn't get the lady's name but she was so professional and even included samples with my order :) the store layout is beautiful too; nicely organized and modern :) I'll definitely be back many times!!
