This is the second time I have used Action for a remedy on a rental property in Hamilton. They're priced FAIRLY, and thus far I have not been disappointed with the service. Jim, who was the specialist who most recently handled my job was professional, excellent with communication and sending images and details about the job and very efficient. I'm very pleased with their overall service package and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Recently purchased a new home and noticed an issue with many types of bugs. Worked with the technician and owner Jim, to make a treatment plan. He first identified all the points of entry and treated the property. I haven't had an issue since and Jim even showed up 6 months in to inspect the property. Tim was awesome! Very friendly and professional at the same time. He came to our home fully prepared: equipment, knowledge etc. (set the traps prior to coming into the house - saved time for him and us - less contact). Distributed the traps where we had seen the mice and where they usually like to hang out. Tim told us where everything was put and why. Gave us some pointers as to what signs to look for in order to catch them sooner rather than later. I have already happily recommended him to a friend for his pest control issue. Hired and paid them for a 6 month guarantee to get rid of mice. They came and set out about 4, 5 poison bait traps. After a few weeks there was still activity in the attic. Had to practically BEG Jim to come back because he refused to believe that it could possibly be mice and literally said to me \you actually want me to go inside the attic??\. He finally sent his very professional and compassionate employee who found a major infestation of mice in the attic. He placed a bunch of bait there which hasn't solved the problem, and they told me there wasn't anything else they could do except spray which would be harmful to our health, and would leave dead mice corpses everywhere which they don't help find or clean! Wouldn't attempt any sort of traps, cages, electronic devices, nothing! Also never came back or called for a follow up ever!! The guarantee is an absolute joke, they should be ashamed of themselves! At the same time I had also used them to spray for centipedes. The centipedes came back after a month, and the spray stained my tiles! Which of course they said they've never experienced before. Beyond disappointed with every aspect of their service.
