This is the absolute worst place I've ever been to in my life. Right before school started, I shattered my iPhone 6plus screen. Other than the cracks, the phone was 100% FULLY FUNCTIONAL. I took it in to get fixed and picked it up about an hour later. The screen was fixed but he broke my front camera and calling speaker. He told me he didn't have the part to fix it, but to come back in a few days and he'd fix it no charge. I came back when he said, and he still didn't have the part. Came back a week later, and he still didn't have the part. I went in the next weekend and the guy's grandfather was in the store because he went to Toronto to go pick up the parts. So I went in the next day and he said he still didn't have it. He then put my name and number in the computer and said he'd call me when the part came in, but he never called. I went back several times and he was not in the shop even though his sign with the hours said he was supposed to be open. I went there a couple of days ago and another customer was there ready to break the door down because his phone was in the shop and the owner hadn't shown up in days. He called the landlord of the building and had it out with him. I drove down to the shop again today and it looks like it's been closed down with garbage bags full of stuff in the parking lot. I already paid for it to get fixed, and he broke it even more, and now I have to pay AGAIN to have what he broke fixed. I am not at all impressed.

Brought my iPad in to this store the other day thinking it was fried!! Took him 30 minutes to figure out the problem and fix it for me! Great people and great service thank you!! Will definitely recommend you to everyone i know that needs help!
They don't stand behind their services.. and are completely rude when u ask them why they wont! calling the better business bureau today!!!
Absolutley the worst business I have ever been to. The products on the shelves are so old the boxes are fading. They never have any parts in stock. They keep your phone and say well we are going up on sunday to get parts be fixed next week sometime. they have had my phone now for over 2.5 months and refuse to answer the phone. I have been to the store now over 2 dozen times and he still will not answer my phone calls or tell me where my phone is. My only choice now is too call the police. I cetainly do not want to do that but i have heard every exscuse in the book and i need a phone. you try running a business with out answering a phone. i know i cant. and he definately is running his business into the ground by not maning up. and just tell me you lost it or sold it for whatever reason or you buy us a new I phone. BUT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DO NOT ATTEND THERE BUSINESS FREQUENTLY AS WELL THEY NEVER OPERATE THE HOURS THEY SAY THEY DO.
Amazing service, got my s4, s3 screens fixed no hassle and at a fraction of what it would have cost me anywhere else, good informative customer service, plus there's chicken wings and milkshakes next door
