Both Jason and Lanie have been a huge help to our family and dealing with insurance companies. Jason is very knowledgeable about the CPAP Systems and was very thorough in his explanation as well as his follow up to ensure the machine was performing at the correct settings for us, individually. Lanie has been so persistent in regards to all the paperwork, requests and follow up with the insurance companies, who have been less than easy to work with: Delay after delay... I had an appointment with Jason today and found him very professional. He was very thorough, answered my questions and helped to me to understand how to use my machine accurately as well as how to wear the equipment. I was very happy with the service I received. Thank you!
My husband has been to most sleep apnea stores and had terrible experiences. Abbotsford’s VitalAire has the best customer service he has ever seen. The man helping was honest, sincere and helped me by getting my machine going immediately instead of me having to go through a bunch of steps and having to wait to be able to get a good nights sleep again. I saw Jason August 27 of this year and he help me with getting a mask and tubing so that I can continue to use my CPAP machine. When he realized that my machine was 10 years old he contacted Greenshield for me to ascertain what my eligibility for equipment was through them. He then sent a request to get approval for a new machine. He is the first tech who has gone the extra mile do you help me understand what my eligibility for equipment is and how to go about getting it set up. My CPAP machine ceased working in October and the approval for a new one finally came a week ago. And appointment was set up for me and Jasmeen is the sleep consultant that I had an appointment with. She appeared to be very competent and carefully explained all the functions of the new machine and how to keep it sanitary and ready to use at all times. Jason again contacted Greenshield for more clarification of the equipment approval. Both of these contact with the office were very positive and encouraging. Both Sleep consultants were very professional and I enjoyed the interaction that we had. I would recommend VitalAir as the business to go to for those who need respiratory equipment.
