Very disappointed with this Dental Clinic. Having being refused an appointment based on assumptions and discrimination. Not even a recommendation to another clinic, and I have been a patient here for quite a few years. I'm an essential worker, a truck driver that crosses the border for work. A very minimal exposure to people due do my job, and follow all the guidelines even wearing an n95 mask which I can't say for the majority of people. I even have documentation and web links that state I'm an exception to the 14-day self-isolation rule. The owner doesn't seem to care, I would find business elsewhere that is much more friendly and knowledgeable towards their patients. Also has anyone else noticed but a lot of the five-star ratings they responded with cut and paste replies. Seems very automated, wouldn't surprise me if they paid to have those fake reviews done. [Update] Upon reading the comment from the owner, calling myself a fake patient. I think this deserves the attention of the Better Business Bureau, or the MLA, or the College of opticians of British Columbia. It's very apparent the owner doesn't care one bit about their patients and treatment.

I bought a pair of glasses from them for 448. They did not last a year. They promised a two year warranty. After less than a year of use they look like this. They were very happy to sell and kind at the time of the sale. I went back for warranty follow up and they said the damage was cause by the fluids that my skin releases and therefore it was my fault and the warranty was over. Through my work, as a personal choice I put over 112 people through their doors. They called my work and complaint about a personal issue. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. No more clients will go through your doors from my workplace. This is for the store manager; You should inform the corporate head office about what you have done.
I've been coming here for many years. This year is a little different but if you were having second thoughts about going because of COVID, I'll tell you that you have nothing to worry about. They have protocols down to a science! Even though the store was closing in 10 minutes, they invited me to look around and take my time to choose some frames. I chose to come back another time due to another appointment I had. The front end staff is amazing, the doctors are kind and really listen to you, and the overall experience is always pleasant!
I have been going to Image Optical for a few years now. My experience have improved each time, staff seems to be better trained compared to a couple of years ago, and my experience this past 2 times (within a week) have been excellent. Very good COVID19 protocol in place as well.

The staff was courteous and very professional and the Covid protocol was top notch! The eye exam on my kids was very detailed and the kids were at ease all through the examination. Overall, I was pleased with the service.
When I arrived, staff were great, Dr. Khangura was professional and attentive to my concerns. Though once asked for my contact prescription, I was asked if I would be purchasing today with them, to which I stated no I had about a month or two left of my current contacts. She stated that I could come back after that and they would set me up. I shouldn't have my hands tied, I paid for the service. You have provided me with only half of my requested prescription. I was told I could receive free frames and lenses, and had a small tower of frames to choose from. Once told, I was never followed up with, nor asked if I needed assistance or was ready to move ahead with any frames. No one was busy, they were all talking to each other and one was looking through her cell phone. I gave back the frames I tried on and left. I will be going elsewhere for any future exams.
Very impressed with these guys! Everything is very COVID conscious. They even clean the debit machine each time it's used. The eye doctor was very good and also very patient. She worked through everything very thoroughly as well. Selecting frames, I was helped by Alison. She helped me in frame selection, pointing out differences in details and sizes. We settled on contacts, in the end, and she was very thorough in going through everything (my first time using contacts!). She takes the time to make sure everything is done properly. Everyone there is very helpful! One thing that they offer is one pair of free glasses with an eye exam. Your limited in your frame selection. But it's a great idea as glasses can be very cost prohibitive! You have a full year to take advantage of it, so why not have an emergency pair. And you can always come and look at anything new they add, to the selection, throughout that year. Highly recommended!
