I had a furnace failure on Sunday evening and called Abbey Air for service. It was impractical to pay for a repair as the unit was 16 years old. An Abbey Air sales representative came by first thing Monday morning and arranged for a complete new Lennox high efficiency furnace and A/C install for Tuesday morning. Marcel, Kane and Kapil showed up first thing Tuesday morning for the tear out and install. I can't say enough favourable things about these guys, as they spent the entire day at my place on the install. They were all very courteous, professional and they did an excellent job on every aspect of the work. The piping and venting were really installed nicely. We first connected with Abbey Air a few years ago when our furnace cut out on a very cold Friday evening. Our usual repair service was not available until late the next day, but Abbey Air came by Saturday morning. We were so pleased with their responsiveness that we signed up for their scheduled service maintenance plan. A few weeks ago we decided to replace our ailing furnace and AC. Frank the sales rep was knowledgeable and informative. We received a no-nonsense quote from him and the replacement service was scheduled for a few days later to suite our schedule. The service reps Marcel and Nav were efficient, polite, they kept our house and their work areas clean, and adhered to all COVID protocols. We have notice a big improvement in the performance of this new heating system over our previous one. Overall we highly recommend Abbey Air.

My Furnace broke down on a cold Saturday morning. I called Abbey Air to ask if a technical could come by. I called at 8:00am, someone arrived at 9:00am. Eric the tech was professional, polite and explained the issue. Unfortunately I had 16 year old furnace that needed replacing. Doug called after that and explained various options, was professional and knowledgeable. Once we decided on a unit, Danny and his partner came by the next day to do the install. They did a great job! Highly recommend these guys.

Two days ago I had a broken furnace in the middle of a winter freeze. Within two hours of phoning Abbey Air they had a technician Eric at my home getting the furnace to work so that my family had heat. He took the time to show me the furnace and explain to me why it was no longer working. He encouraged me to ask questions. It turns out I needed a new furnace so a few hours later Frank came to show me my options. He was thorough and clarified all my options for me and he did not try to pressure me in any way. I asked him if all Abbey Air staff were so nice because my experience was so positive! The next morning two technicians Kane and Kapil were at my home installing my new furnace. They worked diligently and again were just so respectful and nice! This entire process has taken what could have been very stressful and made it a seamless, enjoyable process. I can’t say enough about my experience with this company. It is a rare gem to offer such exceptional customer service.

Incredible experience from start to finish! Called Abbey Air for an AC issues, but after initial consultations with Frank, and based on his expertise advice, decided to change the whole system - AC, furnace, water tank. Frank was great explaining the benefits, and also utilizing on current Ontario energy rebates. The install crew of Marcel, Kane and Mike are top notch professionals, and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They virtually spent 10 hours at my home doing the install, and after they left the house was sparkling clean. Not a single piece of garbage was left behind. A five star service! Thank you guys for an excellent job. Finally, the customer service rep Zana was pleasure to deal with, and all of my inquiries and requests were answered promptly and professionally. Thank you!
