Although we have not been able to book a property with Paul yet due to COVID, lock-down etc. I did want to comment on how responsive Paul has been to all of my questions! He has taken a lot of time to get me information and responds quite quickly so sincerely appreciate the service level! Looking forward to booking one of these amazing properties soon!!

We recently rented a cottage on Lake Huron that was great for location, size, quality, everything! The only tricky thing in the process was slow and sometimes incomplete replies from Paul from Rent Huron (but the actual cottage owner was great to communicate with). We got there in the end and had a great week away! We also got our deposit back without issue.
We rented the Beaver Dam cottage and it was fantastic. Paul was very quick on helping us sort out our rental and then answering questions along the way. We'll be back!
Do not waste your time. Inquired about a cottage that was available according to the online calendar and Paul replied within a couple of hours confirming that those dates were still available. I responded immediately asking how to proceed with the booking and he sent me an application form (it asks for basic contact information but also for age and place of employment for each guest, which I thought was weird but I obliged). I filled out the form and sent it back right away. No response. I sent a follow up email the next morning. No response. He finally got back to me 2 days later saying the cottage was booked. Now, I know there is some kind of age estriction\ (according to their site) but I didn't know that meant 3 early 30 year old working professionals were not considered 'mature adults.' If you are looking to rent a cottage, I would spend my money elsewhere.
Paul was very friendly and efficient in booking our cottage. Upon arrival the cottage was in beautiful condition.Had no issues getting our deposit back. I highly recommend Rent Huron and will be using them for future cottage rentals
