So happy with the service and products at Forever Furniture. I purchased a sleeper sofa - Online. Trudy was great, sending me photos, details, measurements. Once I decided, it was easy to complete the transaction. And delivery day was SMOOOOOTH. The delivery team was awesome! Love working with these folks and supporting local. Thanks to everyone!
It was excellent as usual. We have bought a few things there and they treat us really well.
I bought a bedroom set and on the day of delivery I noticed a long crack in one of the bed frame pieces. I called the sales agent (Trudy) she gave me the replacement parts employee contact info (James) and after a few weeks of waiting I was finally contacted back. I explained the situation and was asked for photos, then more detailed photos, then photos of the part numbers. He explained I would have to dIsassemble the bed and have the part picked up to be sent out to be fixed. No arrangements were made but I would be contacted with pickup details. After **3 months** in total from purchase to final contact I was phoned by an individual who very aggressively explained that this coming Monday was the only day that they do pickups and I needed to be home at 9am for this to happen.....well I work and it wasn’t possible for anyone to be home. He replied well that’s the only day that works for the company. To end this amazing review, the bed frame is still broken and I had to work instead of being home to return a bed frame.
I can't say enough good about our shopping experience with Forever Furniture. The sales people were friendly and approachable. We love the sofa we purchased and the delivery team were professional and respectful of our home. Good job.
