Unfortunately, bad experience. Greg seems to only care about the money. His plumber came and replaced a check-valve in 10 min, and said that I will get a bill for 1/2 hr labor charge plus the cost of valve. I didn't get any bill until I contacted them after about 15 days to remind them, so unorganized! Then immediately his boss, Greg, sent me an invoice for 1 hr labor charge with a high price for the valve! When I told Greg it should be 1/2 hr charge, he said sorry that's it! I paid him in full for what he asked, but that was my first and last business with Bluewater Plumbing & Heating Ltd.
