I read a lot of the older posts about this park (2years plus), and if you are reading them and are worried about the conditions let me put your mind at ease. I rode this park for year's, and in it's early stages the bathrooms were bad, but nowhere near a \dump\ as someone put it. They are recently renovated so they aren't as bad anymore. The ramps do sometimes have holes, but that's juthat's just worn, all skate parks are like that and I know Derek does try to fix them asap. The bowl is slippery but just ask for them to sweep it, or ask for a broom (it doesn't help kids go and ride with wet/dirty feet). I love this place in the winter, I try to go anytime I have time off work. One thing to keep in mind is if your planning on buying BMX/skate parts, do before you go as their selection is slim to none. They do have scooter parts though.

Spent the afternoon at All-In with my 15 year old son and nephews age 13 and 10. We had never been there before and Derek took the time to show us around and explain everything to us. The boys had a blast. They scootered for 4 hours straight and said they would have liked to stay longer. The ramps were great - lots of different sizes for each of their skill levels. They loved the Resi and were able to try out some new jumps with increased confidence. They are already planning their next trip back. Thank you Derek for providing such an awesome place for kids to ride . It was worth the two hour drive!

Amazing place! I had always wanted to try BMX riding and this looked like the place to go. Huge facility with lots of features packed into an old hockey rink. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. You can tell he does it all for the love of the sport. There are features for everyone from beginner to professional rider. Just a note if you head out there on a chilly winter's day; the arena area is not heated, so dress appropriately.
