There is no better place in Toronto to buy your first espresso machine. It's overwhelming but Edward and others at the store have been incredibly helpful and on several occasions helped me troubleshoot issues on phone and in person. When I purchased my machine a year ago I went in knowing very little about espresso machines. Edward patiently explained everything so well that I ended up buying one on the spot. I'm glad and relieved I chose them! I'm a customer for life!

Such a lovely place to purchase an espresso machine for my home. Hands down the best customer service in Toronto. As a novice, I asked endless questions. Jackie is patient, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining all aspects of what makes these espressos and lattes taste delicious. I was also provided with a lesson on how to use the machines and given a lesson on water, espresso beans, grinders, pressure and temperature and how they can impact the final result. I was interested in a semi commercial machine for my home and I tried a latte/espresso from each of the machines I tested. They were all very creamy and equivalent to the lattes I have from my favourite cafes in Toronto. And you will save money in your pocket if you are an everyday latte drinker like me. Look no further...
I love this place! Went in there knowing absolutely NOTHING and walked out with a fab espresso machine, and the confidence to actually use it - thanks to Edward. Bought my burr grinder there too... And when I had a minor prob with the machine a year and a half later, they took care of me right away. Staff all super friendly and helpful. Been to some cool workshops there too. Thanks guys!
I was initially unsure of whether I was happy with my purchase being a university student on a budget, and having spent quite a bit on the machine, but the quality of coffee I’ve been enjoying since has more than made up my mind. Edward helped me a lot in finding the right machine for my needs, and was very generous in trying to make the cost work for me. Thanks for all the help!
