Amazing place!! I live in Ontario and have never been disappointed even though in person communication is not possible. The customer service is great. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Buy all of my cards from Zephyr. Just wished I lived in B.C. to visit the shop in person.

I was looking for pokemon cards as a last minute christmas gift for my little nephew and found this place! Such a cool little spot. I had no idea it existed until I googled \pokemon cards\ in my google maps app. (I was desperate I couldn't find any cards at the big box retailers Walmarts/London drugs etc) The best part of my experience was getting help from Tanner! He showed me so many great gift options and narrowed it down to this really cool Pokemon set that had a lunchbox and other goodies included - I know my nephew is going to love it!! I'll definitely be back to visit and recommend this place to all my friends who love Pokemon and trading cards too. Thank you so much for the awesome experience!!
Easily the best gaming store in the province! What sticks out most for me is how dedicated they are to their customers. It often feels we are more like family than customers. They are also the only store I can find that doesn't charge scalper prices for the newer pokémon sets. It's refreshing to find a store that places value in their customers instead of their markup!
