To sum it up ? Terrible, most terrible landlord I've ever experienced! Hardly any heat in winter and attempts to reach them, (or even if you do) , is totally and I mean totally, ignored. Filthy building, garage and laundry room. Shame on all of you ! Response to below: Thank goodness the building was sold, yes!!. Finally there's heat too! My apartment is nice and toasty warm since you sold it. Maybe I wouldn't have been complaining daily if my apartment wasn't averaging 61F on a daily basis! Try turning YOUR heat off and see what it feels like in the dead of winter. I'm glad you saw my post - my intention was to finally get your attention for the years I froze in your apartment in winter and was totally ignored by you and your staff. I was very happy with my apartment. the management staff was quick to respond to any problems I had. The building I lived in was always clean. would recommend zaveco properties to anyone looking for apartments in montreal.
Head office staff is giving fake reviews!! Stating that he use to live in their property and never had to deal with head office for problems. INFACT he is working in head office since many years.
I use to live at 5000 Clanranald for almost 2 years The first year was Allrite but the next year was terrible I had spoke to the genator to solve my issue send letter to the office no reply Send with registered mail by no action has been taken The Appartemnt was full of cockroaches bedbugs ask for the treatment but never happened Paid almost 500 to get the treatment The appartment was in terrible shape so in the end I have no choice to break the lease Now since I break the leave they send me a letter from regie de logement to pay the rent Total crooks I will not pay not even a single penny I wish I would put 0 star
WORST MANAGEMENT !!! They are experts in lying and showing rude behavior. I had a serious issue with the building i live in and complainted to them, to which i was told to send a letter by registered mail so that it can be taken care off. But they never actually did anything and neither responded back for my complaint. The main manager, "abraham" has got no sense of talking and when you point out to him that you are getting rude, then he replies "THIS IS HOW I TALK". Even his employees say that earlier he was even worst but now he is getting better. Being the head office, they dont even have a POS machine so that you can pay the rent by card. I would seriously recommend NOT TO RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM ZAVECO! BEWARE - Zaveco staff is giving fake reviews to increase the rating. Saying that he never had to deal with head office for his problems. BUT he himself works there. (MOST STUPID STAFF EVER)

Par quoi commencer ? L’immeuble le plus infecté au centre-ville, cafards, punaises de lit, aucun entretien, DES METEURs et ARNAQUEURS !!! Renouvellement de bail sans preavis !!! résultat : crédit affiché !!! Faites attention!!! Personnel désagréable et ne sont jamais la , très mauvais service à la clientèle , la femme qui travaille la , ma déjà dis a 11h du matin je parle au téléphone sors de mon bureau alors que je voulais signaler des puces de lits partout à la maison . Je lui ai dis que ce n’est pas possible d’etre Largé pour notre droit et m’a sorti la phrase qui m’a fais quitter cet immeuble tout de suite sinon c pas toi qui me dira koi faire ,je fais ce que je veux ici , c’est chez moi , vas à ton pays et vis à ta façon !!!!!!!! C’est graaaaave , du jamais vu!! AATTTENTIOOOOONNNNNNNN !!!
