Poor covid-19 policy... went there to buy a pair of baddy shoes. Lots on sale and had an idea of what I wanted to try. Was told as it was a final sale, I could not return when purchased... OK fine. I was further told I could not try on until I purchased. Wha.. wait... I haven't bought this brand before and don't know how they fit nor do I know that I want them. So, I have to buy, try on before leaving, making sure that I have the right fit cuz the only thing I can get back if I am not happy is a store credit. I said COVID is transmitted via respiratory aerosols and they can easily isolate the shoes for 14 days if they felt COVID was on the shoes. I was not impressed with this policy. The shoes that I did buy seem fine but I didn't appreciate the policy. Buyer beware.
Amazing selection. Was able to find a super rare original N90 at the store. Great service and stringing was done fairly quick.
