I've been bringing my bikes here for over year and the service has always been great. He's a one man shop with limited shop hours so don't expect a corporate bike store. What you should expect is service and parts rates that are really fair. I'm personally tired of bikes shops always charging FULL retail for every single little bike part & service. James is honest and let's you know what "needs" to be done.

I am actually speechless as to how unhappy I am with this experience. My boyfriend and I both brought our bikes here after buying two deluxe Groupons for a bike tune up and I feel like we both just blew all our money. It wasn't even that it was a lot of money but they had a regular tune up and a deluxe and the guy at the front didn't even know the difference between the two. He couldn't answer any questions I had and looked completely clueless altogether. The fact that he works there without any idea what he is doing is pretty ridiculous. He said that the extra 10 dollars we paid for the deluxe was probably to have the body cleaned, but I wish I could post photos to show how dirty the body was when I picked them up. My boyfriend wanted to get his brakes checked and asked them to call him for the price for new brake and to see what the condition was of his current brakes and they did not call but honestly, the guy who was there was no help with that as well and didn't even offer to call the mechanic to check. On top of it all, I left there having to drag my two bikes out of this place by myself and this guy didn't even hold the door to help me out as I'm obviously struggling with both bikes. I'm a small girl and anyone who saw me would probably ask whether I would like help loading them in my car, but not here - I literally struggled for 20 minutes just to get them in. Not to say that is a job requirement but it would have been nice and most places would usually be courteous enough to help. I honestly don't even know if they repaired the bikes because they look the exact same to me and there was no repair guy there to even let me know what was done. I'm just really disappointed and would not recommend this experience to anyone else.

I've been there to service my fork and shock on my dh bike and they have been very reactive and super quick, for an awesome pricing! I will definitely go there again for any repairs. Keep the good work!

I had my derailleur smashed and had to get it fixed fast to ride on the weekend. James got me sorted out on such a short notice. highly recommended

Finally, a store that doesn't look like a car dealership showroom. I showed up with my worn out disk brake, and the owner fitted new pads right there and right then. No making an appointment 5 days later, no having to order in the parts. He just fixed it. How refreshing in today's would-you-like-a-latte-machiato-while-I-give-you-an-appointment-for-the-simplest-job-in-two-weeks Vancouver. I have found my new bike repair place. Thank You!

After a trip up and down the mountains of Vancouver, my road bike was becoming unrideable. The headset had a little 'play' - rocking back and forth - and the bottom bracket was very creaky. Having brought it to Vancouver in a bike box, I assumed the grease had dried out slightly on the plane and so took it over to Yuho for them to check it over. As someone who rides bikes a lot, when it comes to repairs, you often want to see a grizzled old mechanic who's worked on every type of frame, bottom bracket, headset, bearing, chainset and the like. Yuho is not like that. It's ran by young, keen guys - but their knowledge is right up there. They repaired my bike within 24 hours, talking me through what had been wrong with it, showing me the crusty bottom bracket bearing they removed - and then charging an incredibly reasonable price for it all - especially given how quickly they repaired it. To say I was impressed is an understatement. No snootiness or snark, no long-winded and expensive explanations for work that had to be done - just a quick, professional repair job. Very pleased.

Paid for Groupon and waited for the summer for the bike tune-up. Store is out of business and got a refund from Groupon.
