We ordered two mirrors from YTT with frames. They had a delay for delivery. After a week they told our order is ready for pickup and we went there in cold snowy day but they were not ready. On delivery day,they didn’t make a frame for mirrors as we ordered in first date and wanted to give us the 12 feed frame moulding to cut and make it ourselves. They unpleasantly requested additional money to make frame which made us unhappy and regret to do business with them.
