Removed huge, very heavy cast iron carcass of a disassembled piano. In all of my communications with Walt, he was courteous, professional and responded quickly to all of my questions. Arrived promptly, used proper techniques to ensure safety, and understood my need, as a homeowner, to see that he had WSIB coverage for his company. Would use again and again!
