We decide to do a Covid year wedding since we had no idea when things will get back to normal again. However, this choice came with a lot of changes along the way during our planning phase. Young Hip & Married went above and beyond accommodating all our date, time, and location changes. We bombarded them with a ton of e-mails, and was all answered with kindness and patience. Shawn was beyond amazing marrying us. He was so genuine, and his bubbly personality and wonderful speech really made the day even better than it was. Emily delivered us wonderful pictures that told our story of that morning, and she delivered sneak peaks to us immediately just because I needed to share it with family overseas. I would definitely recommend them to couples seeking to get married with little hassle!

We did not know at the time of planning our wedding how important the choice of the Officiant is, our ceremony was unique and customized for us and truly the highlight of big day! We recently got married in Nov 2020 during the height of the second wave lockdowns here in BC. It was extremely stressful time to say the least as our venue closed its doors 7 days out form the wedding and we went from a 50 person wedding to having just our families there. It was challenging but our amazing Officiant JANE was supportive and worked with us to make changes on the fly. We ended up pushing the wedding out one week to a new venue and she was able to accommodate us. In terms of the ceremony we wanted to have something that highlighted both of our different cultures and again Jane did a great job of working with us on those pieces. We also wanted the ceremony to feel spiritual and special and Jane hit the spot so right. She was easy to work with, responsive, fun, and professional! We were so happy and would certainly recommend Jane and Young Hip & Married to anyone looking for an Officiant. -N&D

We have Rich as our officiant and I absolutely love how smooth our ceremony went. He is very flexible. The YH&M team are very accommodating with all of my inquiries from beginning to end. Rich also gave us a what I would say a quick lesson on the do's in a ceremony and also gave us freedom to play around with how we want things to go down. From wedding vows to my desire to walk into an aisle even if it's just an elopement. I would love to have them again in my renewal of vows!

Young Hip and Married has great officiants and helps ensure you are with the one that works best for not only you as a couple, but for your ceremony. From the moment we met Peter La Grand we knew we wanted him to be our officiant. His calm welcoming presence made us feel comfortable from the get go. He worked continuously with us to customize the script to our liking and made sure our day could be as perfect as possible. Seeing as my wife and I are rather shy, Peter offered to do most of the talking for us which we are beyond thankful for. He made the ceremony memorable and very personal to us which helped everyone feel more involved and connected. Although we got married during Covid, Peter helped ensure an appropriate, yet very safe ceremony. On top of that we had a slight emergency, which delayed our ceremony start time, but Peter stayed calm and helped keep me calm and ready for the ceremony. He was beyond flexible with timing and location as we had multiple different ideas up until the last week when we finally decided on a date and location. I could not have asked for a better officiant than Peter La Grand. All of his work and wording was exquisite, and the ceremony he performed for us was breathtaking. If only we had a reason to work with Peter again. Thank you again for everything Peter.

Shawn's process is very collaborative, with online meetings, document sharing the ceremony text, and he helped us create our vows. On the day of, Shawn made our day very special. He was very fun for our guests, and he has a clear and strong voice that all our guests could hear. Shawn helped guide my wife and I through the ceremony, helped keep us relaxed and made us look good.
