Friendly staff and convenient location close to St. Lawrence. I personally prefer their fruit teas to their milk teas, but both are good. My favorites are either the Mon Amour or the Imperial Black Tea. The teas are light, refreshing, and smooth. The Cuboid IMO is quite large - you could probably drink it in two sittings. They also have an app you can order from w/ rewards/referral bonuses etc.
Horrible.. the taste are horrible and price are too much. The one main thing I don’t like is that the one staff member was telling one costumer very rudely that wear your mask. She can say that thing in polite way. I suggest all to do not waste your money in this fancy thing.
I am an avid tea drinker and could not possibly believe how horrendous the teas are at this place. Not to mention the ridiculous pricing (for artificial syrups as opposed to fresh fruits) and the service offered today. Never going back to this spot for anything!
Their focus is fresh fruit teas. And yes they are fresh. Their Imperial Black Fruit Tea has watermelon, mango, canteloupe, passion fruit and lime, some in big slices. It came is a Cuboid (8.50) and an included fork for the fruit slices. The tea base is Imperial Honey Black Tea which obviously has a little bit of honey. I also had their Avocadorable (large 6.95), which is a yogurt-based smoothie. I love smoothies and this didn't disappoint. It had avocado, banana, probiotic yogurt, topped with cookie chips on top. The tea base was Golden Peony Oolong Tea. The probiotic makes it a healthy drink. The staff are very pleasing and eager to help. During pandemic times, only 5 customers are allowed inside at one time. There are signs reminding people to stay 2 metres distant or 10 Yotea cups apart! They have a seating but it is not allowed while Toronto is in Stage 2 or worse. They have separate order and pickup windows with plexiglass. Their soft opening was 2020-09-18. Their grand opening will be 2020-10-15 to 18 where the first 100 customers each day can get a buy-one-get-one free drink, a different one each day (see my photo for the list of drinks). There will be a second location opened in Markham, with a grand opening on 2020-11-15. There is free WiFi. There are no customer washrooms. It is wheelchair accessible. If you like my review, please give my review a thumbs up. Thanks.
One of the best tea places I have been to in Toronto. Love that they give you a fork for the chunks of fresh fruit. The tea itself is also really nice! Good choice of sugar/ice levels too. Boyfriend has the Okinawa milk tea and although it had brown sugar in it wasn't too sweet like other places. Can't wait to come back again.
I was hesitant to try out this new place as were always hesitant to try something new. However after my first drink I was hooked and I frequently visit the store. The person who helped me chose a fantastic drink she knows exactly what she’s doing, I’m so happy that I live just down the street.
This is my favourite place in my neighbourhood, hands down. Their milk teas are amazing hot or iced, the fruit teas are always fresh and BEAUTIFUL! Very customizable sugar/ice/etc so your drink always tastes exactly how you want it. And the customer service is BEYOND LOVELY. We always leave with big smiles, the staff is so friendly and thoughtful. I can’t say enough good things about YoTea! Wonderful!
