I tried to register to participate in the next auction. Their website and app are both heavily flawed. They charged my CC 2x when I tried to register even when after entering my information, the app said my cc could not be verified, therefore an account could not be set up. Huge scammers. Avoid these crooks.

Good auction company to deal with if you bid online or in person. But you are wasting your time by giving them a proxi (reserve) bid because they will not process it and bid for you. I have lost two items on two separate occasions due to this already. Otherwise, They are very friendly and the staff is easy to deal with.
