I had came to this store looking for a belt buckle for myself for my wedding. My family and I had all entered to look over the products. They were very pricey to begin with and what really upset me was how the lady who was behind the till gave off a bad vibe. The way she kept looking us over and any time I asked a question I recieved helpless closed answers. I just felt like she didn't want me there or my family. That's the main reason for my low score, just horrible customer service. My custom did not feel welcome.

The service is always friendly and helpful, but not in your face. We like to support a local business as much as possible and they have a great selection at Hitching Post.
