The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to return the two phone cases I bought one day ago, as they were very poor quality. After checking the receipt, the saleslady said that this is the final sale and she can not issue the refund. I was not notified that it was the final sale when I was buying those phone cases. There is also no written announcement of the final sale in the store. Finally, the saleslady called the manager and he confirmed that the money will not be refunded. Both the saleslady and the manager could not answer my question \Why they do not notify their customers about the final sale?\ Horrible customer service, they only care to make sales. They definitely break the following Canadian All Sales Final policy: - “If you have an all sales final policy, it must be posted so customers see it before they buy.” Unprofessional, disrespectful and rude staff. If you do not want to waste your time and money do not even think of visiting them.
