This is a wonderful place to live. Everyone here is so friendly. The staff is amazing. Management always tries to help if there is a problem and always gets back to you. It’s near a subway and shopping between Spadina Road and St. Clair which makes it very convenient. I’ve been here for about four years and I’m extremely happy to live in such a great place.

Some very good staff, but management is a complete joke. They dont return calls or emails I am surprised that a Morguard property is this poorly run. After meeting with property management, their response to some concerns has been very good and I feel they are listening and responding to my concerns. Also, the in- house staff here is excellent !

Not having read the reviews, I was about to recommend the property du to its location. The rental office did not show any interest. How many work days are OK to wait?
