This company and their staff are amazing. They are always able to help and are always there to be there.
This place took advantage of my teenage daughter. She worked very hard to save money to get the hard drive replaced in her laptop. She researched and found a place close to home, and took it in to get fixed. Her laptop was in perfect mint condition with a few customized decals on it. They told her they would call when it was ready. After a week and no call she took it upon herself to call and see whats taking so long. Apparently it was ready, so she went to get it. When she received her laptop back it was broken. The corner of was broken right off and the entire laptop had no screws in it. They also removed all her custom decals, which makes no sense as none of them were around any openings. My daughter was so upset when she came home. Horrible place. Do not recommend.
