I had approached them many months ago and they were quick to respond. Due to my own misgivings going back and forth, there was a delay. When I finally went ahead with the whole thing. Restoring data and their representatives were quick to respond to any questions and provided clarification. I had data that was irreplaceable and no price would have been too high. I literally went to 4 different data recovery companies before ReStoring and all those places told me that my external harddrive was either too damaged that it couldn't be fixed or was charging an absurd amount (5,000!!!!). I found ReStoring by doing a Google Search for places close to me in the downtown Toronto area, read the reviews and gave them a chance. I felt comfortable trusting them just from my very first conversation with Monty. After that, their professionalism and communication was very appreciated. They kept trying to recover my data until they were able to recover almost 85% of it. I was more than happy with that because I had some very valuable memories on there! Cannot thank the people at ReStoring Data enough! The hard drive in my old computer crashed and I foolishly did not back up my important files.
