I have been getting treatments from joanna now for over 6 months and really appreciate her expansive lomi style of massage which opens my body and mind to another level of being. The detachment from mind is real and freeing..and is helping me to learn how to think even more clearly and not to be too attached to rumination... I think the body's relaxation response is also affecting me totally and helps to connect with the now. Overall I'm learning to get more restorative value as I go. Wish I could go more often to allow more changes and new habits. Thank you

I am proud to say that i probably got the best deal in town on massage therapy ....for enlarged prostate due to the great results. However.I started with regular massage from Joanna and liked the results I had and then began external massage therapy for prostate health. I had an enlarged prostate and there was no doctor intervention. First before you frown, i will tell you that this is really a professional external therapy that truly has helped me survive through at least 8 years to what would have been many sleep-deprived nights and I am still doing well today. Since 4 treatments of prostate therapy perfomed over 8 years ago, with this unique process of body work and special oils to nurture my prostate, i must say that today I barely go to urinate at night time. I USED TO GO 2-3 TIMES A NIGHT OVER AGO AND NOW I BARELY GO ONCE A NIGHT DURING THE WEEK. It is worth investing in yourself and this form of self-care to live symptom-free for many years. Where can you get these results? Men who have trouble with prostate and bladder can self-heal just like Joanna says. I am now looking at massage to improve my flexibility and circulation to avoid aging process....so much to learn from this ancient art......
